曲轴是柴油机重要的运动零件,它的质量直接影响柴油机的总体性能及使用寿命。分析了曲轴过早失效或断裂的主要原因,其中表面缺陷是导致曲轴产生过早失效或断裂中最常见因素。经比较,在实际生产中选择磁粉探伤作为表面缺陷的检测方法,介绍了生产中磁粉探伤的方法,分析了曲轴的假磁痕、非相关磁痕,探讨了疏松、皮下气孔、夹渣、铸造裂纹、机加工缺陷、热处理缺陷等表面缺陷产生原因、存在部位、磁痕特征,可进一步保证曲轴制造质量。
Diesel crankshaft is an important motion part.The quality affects severely overall capability and life-span.The paper analyses the main causations of ahead of the invalidation and rupture to the diesel crakshafte.The surface disfigurement is the most familiar factor of ahead of invalidation and rupture.It selects that the detection of magnetic powder is the inspection of surface disfigurements.It introduces surface detection of magnetic powder.It analyses the sham magnetic vestiges and noncorrelation magnetic vestiges.It discusses the disfigurment reason and place and the magnetic vestiges of loosening and pore and impurity and foundry crack and cutting and heat treatment etc.It ensures the diesel crankshaft quality.
