摘要
对阀盖铸造裂纹的性质和成因进行了分析 ,结果表明裂纹主要是由于铸件冷却不均匀产生的热应力引起的 ,与铸造工艺有关。提出的改进意见在实践中应用 。
The paper analysis the characteristics and causes of the casting crackles of the casting valve caps.It turns out that the crackles are mainly caused by thermal stress and affected by casting technology. Some suggestions are put forward to improve the technology anc they are put into practice and achieve satisfactory results.
