摘要
目的 :了解针刺负荷脑功能成像的研究进展 ,探讨针刺疗效的中枢机制。方法 :收集、整理及分析了近 1 0年来利用功能性磁共振成像 (fMRI)、脑电图和诱发电位 (EEGandEPs)、正电子发射断层扫描 (PET)三种技术探测针刺穴位时 ,所引发脑内多个功能区域血流和代谢变化的相关研究的近 40篇文献。结果 :目前用脑功能成像技术所研究的穴位并不多 ,从已经研究的几个穴位来看 ,主要兴奋痛觉调制通路、运动相关功能区、视觉皮层及其它脑区。结论
ObjectiveTo understand advances of studies on func ti onal brain imaging in acupuncture and approach to central mechanisms of acupunct ure treatment. MethodsCollect, summarize and analyze about 40 papers about studies on changes of blood flow and metabolism in multifunctional areas induced in needling acupoints by means of functional magnetic resonance im aging (fMRI), electroencephalography and evoked potentials (EEG and EPs), and po sitron emission tomography (PET) in recent 10 years. ResultsTh e involved acupoints by brain imaging are not many, a few of functional brain re gions are related with acupuncture stimulation, including pain-regulating pathw ay, motor-relative functional regions, visual cortex, and so on. Conclu sionThe activating actions of needling acupoints on multiple specific brain regions is correlated with therapeutic effects on multi-systems.
