摘要
目的 探讨超声对阴道良性肿瘤的诊断价值和临床意义。方法 采用经腹、经会阴、经阴道多途径扫查、二维图像结合彩色多普勒分析 ,对 32例阴道良性肿瘤的声像图进行研究。结果 32例阴道良性肿瘤 ,超声区分囊、实性肿瘤的符合率 1 0 0 % ,对实质性肿瘤定性符合率 85 .7% ( 1 2 / 1 4 )。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value and the clinical significance of ultrasonography for vaginal benign tumours.Methods Thirty two patients,confirmed by operations,were studied with two dimensional and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) by transabdominal,transvaginal and transperineal sonographies Results The differential diagnostic accuracy rate of cystic and parenchymatous tumors using ultrasonography was 100% and the qualitative rate of detecting parenchymatous tumors was 85 7% in 32 vaginal benign tumours Conclusions Ultrasonography is valuable in the diagnosis and differentiation of vaginal benign tumours
