摘要
目的 :探讨老年乳腺癌的高频超声图像和彩色多普勒表现。方法 :对 3 4例经手术病理证实的乳腺癌超声图像进行回顾性分析。结果 :老年乳腺癌的高频超声图像能清晰显示肿块边界 ,内部回声及彩色血流表现。结论 :高频超声和彩色多普勒结合能对老年乳腺癌的图像有更进一步的认识 。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic role of high frequency ultrasonography(HFU) and CDFI for breast carcinoma of the old female. Methods HFU and CDFI finding were reviewed and compared in 34 cases who was confirmed breast carcinoma by operation and pathology.Results The data of HFU have correlation, such as tumor boundary, internal echo and CDFI. Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy would be increased if HFU and CDFI are combined in diagnosis of the old female breast carcinoma.
