摘要
目的 研究高海拔缺氧低气压环境对移居组人群肺动脉压的影响。方法 在海拔 4 6 0 0~ 4 80 0米青藏高原 ,运用彩色多普勒超声心动图对三组铁路建设者们进行肺动脉压的检测和比较。三组分别为内地非体力劳动组 1 0 9例 ;内地体力劳动组 6 9例 ;青海体力劳动组 2 9例。结果 青海体力劳动组肺动脉压明显高于内地体力劳动组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;内地体力劳动组肺动脉压明显高于内地非体力劳动组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;三组之间比较有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 除去高海拔对肺动脉压的影响 ,体力劳动亦是导致肺动脉压增高的重要因素。彩色多普勒超声心动图检测高原肺动脉高压是安全、无创、可靠的理想方法 ,值得在高原地区推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of oxygen difficiency on pulmonary artery pressure (PAP) of people migrant in plateau using color Doppler ultrasonography (CDU).Methods The PAP of railway erectors was investigated by CDU in Qingzang plateau with the altitude of 4600~4800 meters There were 109 of non physical laborers in inland,69 physical laborers in inland and 29 physical laborers from Qinghai tested and compared.Results The PAP of physical laborers from QingHai was remarkably higher than that of physical laborers in inland( P <0 01);the PAP of physical laborers in inland was remarkably higher than that of non physical laborers in inland( P <0 05);there were significant differences among them.Conclusions Besides the effect of plateau,physical work is the another important reason leading to high pulmonary artery pressure(HPAP).Ultrasonographic test provides a noninvasive,secure and ideal method to diagnose HPAP in plateau It is suitable to oxygen difficiency and high altitude area for early diagnosis of HPAP.
