对照现行国家用地标准,宁波人均建设用地和人均单项建设用地都存在不同程度的超标现象。应根据各地实际情况适当调整现行标准,以便合理、高效地使用土地。
In contrast with the national standard forland utilization, the per capita land for constructionand the per capita land use for individual project allgo beyond the limit to different extents. It is sug-gested to make adjustment to the present standardin force according to the actual situation so as tomake use of the land more reasonably andefficiently.[
