摘要
简述了蔗糖清汁中的色素来源和形成因素 ,采用自制的强酸性阳离子交换纤维和强碱性阴离子交换纤维对蔗糖清汁脱色效果和影响因素进行了研究。阴离子交换纤维对蔗糖清汁脱色效率较高 ,阳离子交换纤维对Ca2 + 有很好的去除效果 ,对色素中的两性色素具有吸附作用 。
The source and forming of coloring matters in cane sugar juice were illustrated The effect and influencing factors of the juice decoloration by using self made strong acid cation exchange fiber and strong alkaline anion exchange fiber were studied The anion exchange fiber has a higher efficiency for juice decoloration However,the cation exchange fiber can remove Ca 2+ effectively It can absorb amphoteric coloring matters while it absorb neutral coloring matters without exchange
