摘要
32SA-19A型循环水泵在运行中,叶轮受汽蚀冲刷的现象非常严重,往往使泵的出力降低,直接影响了机组的真空。本文分析了该泵叶轮受汽蚀冲刷的原因,提出了解决的对策并对改进后循环泵的性能试验结果进行了分析。
The impeller of 32SA-19A circulation pump is vulnerable to steam corrosion strikes in operation,which is likely to lower pump output and directly compromise vacuum of generating unit, In the paper possible causes of steam corrosion strikes are analysed,some relevant countermeasures are proposed and test data of the improved pump are analysed as well.
