摘要
通过采用新技术,对循环水泵密封环进行局部加工,解决了水泵叶轮汽蚀问题;对循环水泵叶轮等关键部件进行改造,大幅度降低了水泵电流,达到节能降耗的目的。
The problem of cavitation of water pump impeller was solved by means of localized treatment of the sealing ring of circulating pump. The critical parts such as pump impeller was modified and the working current of the pump was reduced dramatically. Therefore, the goal of loss reducing and energy saving was achieved.
