摘要
为观察多功能臭氧水消毒器产生的臭氧水的杀菌效果,采用悬液定量和载体定量杀菌试验进行了检测。结果,该机产生的含臭氧1.94mg/L的臭氧水作用5min,对悬液中大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率均为100%;作用60min,对悬液中白色念珠菌和枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭率分别为99.26%和99.09%。该含量臭氧水对布片上的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用60min,杀灭率仅为98.76%。
In order to observe the germicidal efficacy of the ozone water generated by Multifunctional Ozone Water Disinfector, suspension quantitative and carrier quantitative germicidal tests were used for examination. The results showed that the ozone water containing ozone 1.94 mg/ L generated by the Disinfector killed 100% of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in suspension exposed for 5 min. The killing rates of Candida albicans and spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger exposed for 60 min were 99.26% and 99.09% respectively. The killing rate of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger on cloth strip exposed to ozone water of this concentration for 60 min was only 98.76%.
