臭氧水稳定性及杀菌性能的试验观察 被引量:48

摘要 以电解水法产生含臭氧的水溶液,最高浓度可达19mg/L。开机后其浓度随水流速度增大而下降。臭氧水的半衰期在4℃、10℃、20℃与30℃下分别为132、128、27、6min。10mg/L臭氧水作用1min,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率均达100%。浓度为20mg/L与80mg/L的臭氧水分别对绿脓杆菌与白色念珠菌作用1min,杀灭率亦为100%。浓度为120mg/L者对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用20min,杀灭率达999%。 When the ozone water generator (OW-001) which produces ozone water by mixing and dissolving ozone produced by electrolysis of water with running tap water was operated continuously for 3 min, 10 min, 30 min and 50 min at a water flow rate of 210 ml/min, the ozone concentration in the water obtained was 1056, 1392, 1800 and 1920 mg/L respectively. The ozone concentration in the water decreased with increasing water flow rate. The half life of ozone (ozone concentration decreases by 50%) in water was 132, 128, 27 and 6 min at 4, 10, 20 and 30 respectively.Suspension quantitative germicidal test indicated that the water containing 10 mg/L ozone with a 1 min contact time killed 100% of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, the water containing 20 mg/L and 80 mg/L ozone with a 1 min contact time also killed 100% of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans respectively and the water containing 120 mg/L ozone with a 20 min contact time could kill 999% of Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores. Prolongation of contact time did not raise significantly the killing rate.
