摘要
研究了管材激光弯曲成形有限元工艺仿真的技术处理方法 ,针对仿真中单元的选取与处理、激光光束的简化和热载荷的施加、材料吸收系数的选择、边界条件与初始条件的确定、材料性能参数的处理、仿真中时间步长的选取等 ,提出了具体的处理措施和相关技巧 。
Laser bending process of tubes is a new flexible forming process without tools and external forces. The tube is formed by internal thermal stress induced by laser. Techniques of process simulation of laser bending of tubes are studied, including discretization of the model, simplification of the laser beam definition of the boundary conditions and initial conditions, treatments of material properties, election of the time increment during simulation. The coherent trentment techniques are put forward. The process simulation of laser bending of tubes is implemented.
