摘要
采用非线性有限元软件MSC.Marc及热-力耦合弹塑性有限元模型模拟了AZ31镁合金型材绕弯变形过程,分析了型材回弹和温度场的分布及变化情况.结果表明:相同绕弯角度绕弯时坯料温度的改变对回弹的影响能力有限,温度每升高10℃,回弹角度减幅约为5%;相同坯料温度时绕弯角度的改变对型材回弹的影响不大,而且绕弯角度的改变对变形区温度场分布影响不显著.
By using MSC. Marc finite element software and coupled thermo-mechanical model, the rotation bending process of magnesium alloy profiles was simulated. Distributions and changes of springback of the profiles and blank temperature were obtained and discussed. The results indicate that the blank temperature c back with the same rotation bending angle, and hanges were limited on impact of the springspringback angle decreased about 5% with the temperature increased by 10℃ ; rotation bending angle changes have little effect on springback of the profiles with the same blank temperature, and make no much difference to the temperature distribution of deformation zone.
