摘要 循环流化床锅炉(CFBC)运行中存在局部严重磨损的问题。针对这种新型燃烧技术存在的磨损类型及特点,研制了一种新型电弧喷涂材料——LX88A。其电弧喷涂层的耐冲蚀磨损与耐磨粒磨损性能已达到或超过高速火焰(HVOF)喷涂NiCr-Cr_3C_2粉的涂层所具有的水平,被认为是当前解决循环流化床锅炉受热面磨损最有效的方法。 In the operation of CFBBs there are serious abrasion problems. In view of special characteristics and forms of existing abrasion of suth a modern combustion technique, a new arc spray coating material, LX88A has heen developed. The coating resistance to abrasion and erosion is a match or mole than a match for that of NiCr-Cr_3C_2 coating sprayed hy HVOC. It is regarded as present's most effective technology to prevent heating surface abrasion of CFBBs.
