摘要
轴流风机叶片作为风机最重要的部件,其轻量化和耐磨性也逐渐成为重要的研究方向。本文根据某项目轴流风机的设计要求,重点从选材、成型工艺、强度计算等方面对轴流风机叶片的轻量化和耐磨性综合地进行了研究。研究结果表明:采用铝合金或碳纤维复合材料,通过一定的工艺制备的叶片可以达到轻量化和耐磨性的要求。从有限元计算结果来看,两种材料制备的叶片均可满足项目设计要求。
The blades as the most important of axial fans which light weight and abrasion resistance are the important research direction in the future.In this paper investigations are performed with respect to the material, molding process and strength calculation, to achieve light weight and abrasion resistance of axial fan blades according to the design requirements of an axial fan. The results and the finite element strength calculations show that blades manufactured from both aluminium alloy or a carbon fiber composite material with a certain preparation process can meet those design requirements.
