摘要
本文介绍一种利用双折射晶体处在正交偏光镜下的干涉原理、测量激光发散角的方法。它适用于连续激光器,也可用于脉冲激光器的单次发射。
A new method of measurement of laser beam divergence is presented in this paper. A birefingent crystal placed between two polarizers is used in our device. This device can determine laser beam divergence for not only a CW laser, but also a single shot of a pulsed laser.
