摘要
从光学谐振腔中近衍射极限模式的建立角度出发，分析了准分子激光振荡──放大系统的输出光束发散角，并讨论了与之相关的激光腔工作参数．
The theory of mode formation is used to analysis the beam divergence of injecting -locked excimer laser. The discharge pulse length,gain,and the amplifier factor M is discussed.
