摘要
通过熏气模拟试验研究金华佛手对氟化氢(HF)的剂量反应。结果表明,佛手出现典型伤害症状,幼叶先于老叶受害,叶绿素含量下降,丙二醛(MDA)含量上升;HF熏气质量浓度越高、时间越长,受害越严重,叶片氟含量越高。根据HF熏气质量浓度、时间和伤害程度,确定HF对金华佛手叶片的急性伤害阈值:1 6mg/m3×8h、2 0mg/m3×6h、2 8mg/m3×4h。
The dosage of hydrogen fluoride (HF) injury to Jinhua fingered citron was studied by simulating the atmospheric fluoride pollution with HF fumigation.When typical harm symptoms emerged with fingered citron,young leaves got earlier injured than old leaves.The chlorophyll content decreased and the malondialdehyde(MDA)content rose in the leaf blade of HF-treated plant.The higher HF concentration and the longer time of the fumigation,the lower chlorophyll content,the higer MDA content and the higher fluoride accumulation with the leaf as well as the heavier injury.The acute injury thresholds of HF for the leaf blades of Jinhua fingered citron,according to the symptoms,were 1.6 mg/m^(3)×8 h,2.0 mg/m^(3)×6 h or 2.8 mg/m^(3)×4 h.
