番茄红素调节高脂血症大鼠血脂及血清SOD、MDA的剂量反应 被引量:3

Study on Lycopene Regulation of Plasma Lipid and the Dose-effect Relationship between Lycopene and Serum SOD, MDA in Hyperlipidemia Rats

摘要 比较不同剂量番茄红素对高脂血症大鼠血脂及血清SOD、MDA的调节作用,探讨番茄红素调节血脂及血清SOD、MDA作用的最佳剂量,为番茄红素的临床应用提供实验艨据。纯种健康雄性SD大鼠64只,根据总胆固醇(TC)水平、体重随机分为八组:正常对照组,基础饲料喂养;高脂模型组,高脂饲料(CCT)喂养;阳性药物对照组(高脂饲料+氟伐他汀钠10mg·kg·bw^-1·d^-1);番茄红素各剂量组(高脂饲料+番茄红素4.4、11、22、44、110mg·kg·bw^-1·d^-1);灌胃处理。检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL—C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL—C)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量。不同剂量番茄红素对血清TC、TG、LDL—C、SOD及MDA均有不同程度的调节作用,并且随番茄红素剂量增加,作用效果逐渐增强;番茄红素剂量为44mg/妇时降低血清TC、TG、LDL-C、MDA,升高SOD的作用效果最明显,除LDL-C、MDA(P〈0.05),与氟伐他汀钠调节血清TC、TG、SOD的作用效果相近(P〉0.05);番茄红素剂量在110mg/kg时,其作用效果相对44mg/kg剂量的作用效果有所回落。番茄红素各剂量组对血清HDL—C无明显作用(P〉0.05)。番茄红素调节高脂血症大鼠血脂及血清SOD、MDA呈现明显的剂量效应关系,且番茄红素在剂量为44mg/kg时,作用效果最明显。 To compare the accommodation effect of different doses of lycopene on serum lipids serum SOD, MDA of hyperlipidemia rats, discuss the optimal dose of lycopene that modulate serum lipids and serum SOD, MDA, and provide experimental bases for the clinical application of lycopene. According to the level of serum total cholesterol and weight, six- ty-four adult male SD rats were divided randomly into eight groups:normal control, fed by normal feed;hyperhpidemia group:fed by CCT diet;positive control group:fed by CCT diet plus 10 mg · kg ·bw^-1 · d^-1 fluvastatin sodium;dose of lycopene groups :fed by CCT diet plus 4.4,11,22,44,110 mg ·kg · bw^-1·d^-1 lycopene; intragastric administration. The level of serum total cholesterol, total triglyeefide,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein eholesterol, SOD, and MDA were measured. The data showed that different doses of lycopene had different degree of regulation to TC ,TG, LDL-C, SOD and MDA, and with the dose of lycopene increasing, the effect were enhanced gradually; The most obvious effect of reducing TC, TG, LDL-C, MDA and increasing SOD occurred on the dose 44 mg· kg - bw^-1 ·d^-1 of lycopene,exeept LDL-C, MDA(P 〈 0.05 ) ,group 44 mg· kg· bw^ -1 · d^-1 lycopene was similar to the regulation effect of positive control group(P〉 0.05) ;the dose of lycopene in the 44 mg· kg · bw^-1· d^-1 was better than dose in the 110 mg, kg· bw^-1·d^-1. There were no significant effect to HDL-C on any dose of Lycopene( P 〉0.05). There was a clear dose-response relationship between the lycopene and the hyperlipidemia rata of serum lipids and SOD, MDA and at the dose of 44 mg · kg · bw^-1· d^-1 lycopene had the most obvious effect.
