摘要
当代大学生心理素质存在某些欠缺 ,针对这种情况 ,应由拥有高素质的心理教育工作者建立起促进学生全面发展的服务模式和辅导模式 ,从而完善素质教育的实施 。
There are some shortcomings on the psychological quality of the nowadays college students. According to this condition, psychological education teachers with high quality should set up service mode for the students’ all-round way development in order that it can perfect all-round education and improve the students’ social adaptable abilities.
