摘要
以粘虫5龄幼虫为供试昆虫,测定了氮酮对氰戊菊酯、甲基对硫磷两种杀虫剂毒力的影响,结果表明氮酮对氰戊菊酯具有一定的增效作用,且两种浓度的氮酮对氰戊菊酯的增效作用基本相似;氮酮对甲基对硫磷几乎没有增效作用。扫描电镜观察了粘虫5龄幼虫的氮酮处理组与对照组之间上表皮中蜡质的变化情况,结果表明,对照组试虫的蜡质层较处理组排列紧密,但不同浓度氮酮处理组之间无明显差异。
The effects of laurocapram on the toxicity of fenvalerate and parathion-methyl were investigated by bioassay. The results indicated that fenvalerate could be synergisted by laurocapram against the fifth instar armyworm larvae, while parathion-methyl could not be synergisted by laurocapram. The observed results of scanning electron microscope showed that the arrangement of epicuticle wax layer of the fifth instar armyworm larvae,which treated with laurocapram, become loosen compared with the untreated control, but there are no obvious distinction among different concentration treatments.
