摘要
本文以黄瓜(Cucumis stativus)四个栽培品种津研四号、长春密刺、夏丰、地黄瓜为试材,子叶为外植体,比较了不同愈伤组织诱导培养基为MS附加BA1.0-2.5mg/L,IAA1.0-1.5mg/L; 直接分培养基为MS附加BA1.5-2.5mg/L,IAA0.5-1.0mg/L。
Studies on tissueculture of four breads. Cucumber were roported in this paper. The regeneratedplants have been obstained from cotyledons. The shoot induction medium is MS supplemented withBA 1.5-2.5mg/Land IAAO. 5-1.0ng/L. The shoot growth medium is supplemented whith BA 1.0mg/L and IAA0.5mg/L. Growthed shootrooted in the MS wish IAA 1.0mg/L.
