摘要
研究了以硫酸钛为催化剂,乙酸和正丁醇为原料合成乙酸正丁酯的工艺,此工艺优化条件为:醇酸摩尔比1:1.14,催化剂用量0.5g,反应时间60min,回流反应温度110~115℃。在此条件下酯化率可达94.1%。
Synthesis of n-butyl acetate by catalysis of titanium sulfate was studied. The optimum reaction condi tions were as follows: 1: 1.14 of molar ratio of n-butanol to acetic acid, 0.5g catalyst, 60 min of reaction time 110~115℃ of reflux temperature. The esterification degree was up to 94.1% under such conditions.
