Effects of regulators on main chemical composition of fuel-cured tobacco leaf in different types of soil

摘要 采用大田试验方法,研究了褐土、潮土和砂姜黑土上施用不同调根剂对烤烟烟叶主要化学成分动态变化的影响.结果表明,FeSO4,ABT4和黄腐酸盐的组合(T1)能够减缓褐土和砂姜黑土烤烟生长后期叶片中总N含量的下降,在3种土壤类型上均能促进可溶性糖含量的积累,提高褐土烟叶中K含量.粒饱丰处理(T2)促进褐土和砂姜黑土烟叶中总N含量的降低,降低潮土烟叶中可溶性糖的含量,提高砂姜黑土与潮土烟叶中K的含量.2种调节剂在3种土壤类型上施用均促进了烟叶中烟碱含量的增加,T1较T2表现更为突出. By field experiments, the effects of different regulators on main chemical composition of fuel_cured tobacco leaf in Cinnamon soil , Alluvial soil and Shajiang black soil were studied .The results showed that T1 slow down the decline of total N content in later stage in Cinnamon soil and Shajiang black soil , and promote the accumulation of the soluble sugar in 3 kinds of soil types .By T1, the content of K in the tobacco leaf was also improved in Cinnamon soil. T2 promoted the reducing of total N content in Cinnamon soil and Shajiang black soil, and reduced the soluble sugar content in the tobacco leaf in Alluvial soil. T2 improved the K content in the tobacco leaf in Shajiang black soil and Alluvial soil. Meanwhile, in 3 kinds of soil types, the two kinds of regulators both promoted the increase of the nicotine content, and T1 was better than T2.
