云南烤烟不同品种和产区还原糖的差异分析 被引量:15

摘要 对1998~2008年全省12个植烟州(市)的19207个烤烟烟叶样品进行了不同州市和不同主栽品种烟叶中的还原糖分析,并对2004—2008年的12910个数据进行差异分析。结果表明:总体上云南烤烟还原糖含量保持在较高水平,上部叶还原糖含量平均为23.08%,中部叶平均为24.85%,下部叶平均为25.15%;还原糖含量呈增长趋势,近2年来趋于平稳。各州(市)间烤烟相同部位的还原糖含量的差异达到显著水平。楚雄烤烟的还原糖含量相对较高,文山相对较低。云南4个烤烟主栽品种烟叶还原糖含量总体上是云烟87较高,上部叶和中部叶与其它品种差异达显著水平;K326较低,中部叶和下部叶与其它品种差异达显著水平。 In this paper, the reducing sugar content of flue-cured tobacco in different production areas and varieties were studied based on 19 207 samples from 12 locations ,four varieties from 1998 to 2008. The variance was compared based on 12 910 data from 2004 -2008 sampies. The results showed that : the flue-cured tobacco reducing sugar content of upper part leaves was 23.08 % in Yunnan ,24.85 % in the middle part leaves,25.15 % in the lower leaves. As a whole,the level of reducing sugar content of flue-cured tobacco in Yunnan was appropilate, and tended to go up smoothly in recent years. The flue-cured tobacco reducing sugar content difference reached significant level among different prefectures (cities) ,that of Chuxiong was the highest,and Wenshan was the lowest. In the main tobacco varieties,the reducing sugar of Yunyan 87 was relatively high,that of upper and middle part leaves was significantly higher than that of others varieties,that of K326 was relatively low,the content of middle and lower part leaves was significantly higher than that of others varieties.
