基于产品环境生态指数的绿色设计方法研究 被引量:13

摘要 根据ISO14042的生命周期影响评估原理,可以定量分析产品相关的环境特性。通过建立产品生命周期环境影响定量分析模型,对产品清单分析得出的环境相关数据,按照一定的环境机制,进行分类、组分和权重分析,得出产品系统的环境生态指数。采用环境生态指数方法对家用电器产品(咖啡机)进行绿色设计,通过分析产品中使用的各种材料和生命周期中各个过程的环境生态指数,可以定量地得出各种材料和过程对环境影响的相对程度。根据分析和计算,找出主要环境影响因素,选择相应的绿色设计策略,最终达到改善产品环境属性的目的。环境生态指数方法为产品系统的绿色设计提供了一条简单、实用的定量分析方法。 Based on the principle of the ISO14042 standard onlife cycle impact assessment, an analysis model of life cycleimpact assessment is set up to quantify the product-orientedenvironmental attributes through its life cycle. The environ-mental eco-indicator can be calculated by the data processmethod of classification, grouping and weighting from the date of inventory analysis according to a certain environmentalmechanisms. With the environmental eco-indicators any de-signer and product manager can quantitatively analyse the en-vironmental load of products over the life cycle, find the mainfactors to the contribution over the total environmental impact,select suitable green design strategies for the improvement ofenvironmental performances of products. The method of envi-ronmental eco-indicator offers a simple, useful and quantitativesolution in green design or redesign when taking environmentalissues into account.
