摘要
在我国资源环境问题日益突出的前提下,十七大将生态文明建设写入党章。生态文明建设具体体现之一是废弃物的再利用,本文利用灰度理论对"三废"综合利用因素进行排序,通过全生命周期对"三废"综合利用进行分析,并提出相应措施。
The contradiction between the resources and the environment becomes more serious, so the 17th CPC National Congress has wrote the ecological civilization construction into the party constitution. One of the specific reflections in ecological civilization is the recycling of wastes. In this paper, we sort the comprehensive utilized factors by using the gray theory, and analyze the utilization according to the whole life cycle, and bring forward the corresponding measures.
