摘要
全尾砂充填可解决两个问题:增加充填料来源和免去为细尾砂筑坝堆放。因此,美国、南非、加拿大、德国和中国等对全尾砂充填技术进行了较系统的理论和应用研究。本文按照其发展过程介绍了动电固结工艺、全尾砂井下离心脱水泵送充填工艺、高浓度全尾砂胶结充填管道自流输送工艺和膏体泵送充填工艺,并对这些工艺作了评价。
Filling with unclassified tailings will expand the supply of filling materials with no need to build a dam for fine tailings. Theoretical and application study on unclassified tailing filling have been systematically carried out in U. S. , South Africa, Canada, Germany and China. The developmental process of this filling technology is presented and evaluated, including dynamic electrochemical consolidation, underground centrifugal dewatering and pumping, pipeline self-flow delivery and paste pumping of the highly concentrated unclassified tailings.
