有色矿山尾砂充填技术发展历程及展望

摘要 尾砂充填技术在矿山开采中对于井下空区治理与地表环境保护起着至关重要的作用。本文深入梳理了我国有色矿山尾砂充填技术的发展历程,从早期的分级尾砂充填到全尾砂充填,再到膏体充填、自流输送及废石胶结充填等技术的创新与应用,进行了全面且系统的阐述。通过对红透山铜矿、金川镍矿等典型矿山实例的深入剖析,详细分析了全尾砂充填系统的工艺优化过程以及所带来的技术进步价值,同时对充填体自立稳定性监测与理论研究的现状进行了深入评价。针对当前技术发展中存在的瓶颈,提出了具有前瞻性的未来研究方向,涵盖低成本自流输送工艺开发、充填体动态稳定性理论完善以及智能化充填系统构建等方面,旨在为该技术的持续发展提供理论支持与实践指导。 Tailings filling technology is a crucial means to address the issues of underground mined-out area treatment and surface environmental protection in mines.This paper comprehensively reviews the development process of tailings filling technology in non-ferrous mines in China.It elaborates on the technological innovation from classified tailings filling to full tailings filling,and further explores the innovation and application of technologies such as paste filling,gravity flow transportation,and waste rock cemented filling.Through in-depth analysis of typical mine cases like Hongtoushan Copper Mine and Jinchuan Nickel Mine,the process optimization of the full tailings filling system and its technological progress value are detailed,and the current situation of monitoring and theoretical research on the self-supporting stability of the filling body is evaluated.Aiming at the current technological bottlenecks,forward-looking future research directions are proposed,covering the development of low-cost gravity flow transportation processes,the improvement of the dynamic stability theory of the filling body,and the construction of intelligent filling systems,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the continuous development of this technology.
