摘要
经过多年的发展,我国农业高新技术产业化已经取得了可喜的成绩,积累了一定的经验,但也存在不少的问题,具体体现在企业的外部环境、自身制度、管理政策与运作机制等方面。针对现状在全面分析的基础上,提出了促进我国农业高新技术产业化进程的对策思路。
After years of development, great progress has taken place in the agricultural hi-tech industrialization. There are both experiences and problems, embodying in the outer environment, the regulation, the administration policy and operation system etc. On the base of all-round analysis, this paper put forward to countermeasure to promoting the agricultural hi-tech industrialization.
