摘要
乳腺癌经过综合治疗,生存率明显提高,五年生存率达72%。①为了提高生存质量,有必要对放疗中正常组织的损伤进行研究。本文对乳腺癌根治术后放射治疗所致的放射性肺炎和肺纤维化的病例进行,并讨论乳腺癌根治术后的放疗技术。
One hundred and fifteen patients with primary breast cancer were trea ated with ^(60)Co irradiation after operation.Preventive dose were delivered to the ipsilateral inlernal-mammary,supraclavicular-subclavicular areas. Thirty-eight percent of these patients associated with radiation injury of the ipsilateral upper lung.This radiation injury is correlated to age of the Patients and not to dose of preventive irradiation.
