摘要 1 996年以前 ,欧盟食品安全政策主要解决食品供应的安全。疯牛病危机爆发后 ,欧盟加强了对食品安全的管理 ,颁布了《食品安全白皮书》 ,实行严格的食品安全政策 ,制定了一系列法令 ,并成立了食品安全局 ,专门负责有关食品安全事宜 ,确保从农场到餐桌的安全。可以说 ,随着一体化的深入发展 ,食品卫生安全问题已经超出了一个国家的范围 ,成为整个欧盟的问题 ,因此各成员国必须采取共同行动 ,在整个欧盟范围内加强食品安全管理。 The main focus of the EU food safety policy was the safety of food supply before 1996,but the situation changed after “Mad Cow” crisis. Since then,the EU strengthened its monitoring over food safety,published the White Paper on Food Safety,and enacted a series of laws on food safety. In the meantime,to ensure the highest standard of safety from farm to table,it established an independent European Food Safety Authority to deal with matters concerning food safety.
