摘要
本文报告30例脊髓髓内肿瘤,获肿瘤全切除者27例,次全切除者3例。描述了显微激光手术的方法。讨论了髓内肿瘤的磁共振诊断和术中注意事项。认为磁共振和显微激光手术能提高肿瘤全切除率和患者的生存质量。
30 cases with intramedullary spinal cordtumor are reported. of them. nakedly total removalof tumors were acquired in 27 cases. subtotalremoval in three cases. Techniques of microsurgeryand laser-microsurgery are described. MRI diagnosisand important points during removing of intramedul-lary spinal cord tumors are discussed. Theauthors conclude that MRI and microsurgery -canincrease total removal rate of tumor andimprove survial quality of patients.
