摘要
通过对C_(1～4)段肿瘤的分析,发现该处肿瘤具有症状多样、预后不良、累及呼吸及早期诊断有困难等特点。本文从解剖结构、肿瘤与脊髓之间的关系、临床演变特点等方面进行了分析,并提出早期诊断的造影指征和有关的手术技巧问题。
8 cases of upper cervical cord tumor are reported. Half of them was misdiagnosed in the early stage of the illness. The causes of misdiagnosis were analysed. The authors introduced some main points of the operative technique. All of the 8 cases were operated with a satisfactory result.The factors influencing the postoperative recovery are also discussed.
