摘要
本文针对国家粮食安全的严峻形势,分析了我国粮食减产的原因,阐述了国家粮食安全隐患影响社会稳定和经济发展的危害性,探讨了保证国家粮食安全的对策。
Based on the analysis of the austere situations of China's grains safety,the causes of the reduction of the output of the grains,and the hidden troubles of China's grains safety to the social stability and the economic development,the article conceives the countermeasures to guarantee the safety of China's grains.
