摘要
运用制度非均衡、不完全信息、帕累托无效率、需求弹性理论 ,结合我国农民增收的实际 ,分析了农民收入增长缓慢的原因 ,从重塑农业产业化经营组织体系、农业结构调整、发展非农产业 ,农村土地产权制度创新、农产品收购、基础设施投入方面 。
Use system nonbalanced,incomplete infrmation,tired to ask and have efficiency,demand elasticity,combine Chinese practical problems who peasant increase incomes handkerchieves,have analysed the reason why peasant's income increasing from the angle of reason slowly,from reinvent industrialization of agricultural manging organize system,agricultural structural adjustments,develop,agricultural product purchaes land of rural property right system innovation,infrastructures are thrown nonagricultural industries,have proposed that raises the countermeasure of the people's income in the present stage.
