摘要
以山东省莱西市河头店镇钙基膨润土为原料 ,探讨了制备 4 沸石分子筛的酸化工艺条件 ,认为利用河头店镇钙基膨润土制 4 沸石分子筛的最佳酸化工艺条件为 :H2 SO4 浓度 40 %、酸土液固比 4∶ 1 ,酸化温度 95℃ ,酸化时间 8h。
The acidification conditions of synthesizing 4 zeolite using calcium betonite of Hetoudian Town,Laixi City, Shangdong Province are studied.Its optimum acidification conditions are found to be:sulphuric acid concentration,40%;liquid to solid ratio,4∶1;acidification temperature 95 ℃; and acidification time,8h.
