摘要
为更加有效地制备聚氯乙烯和蒙脱土纳米复合材料及增加两者之间的相容性,将聚氧化乙烯(PEO)和钠基蒙脱土(MMT)在水中复合,制得凝胶,此凝胶干燥粉碎用于填充聚氯乙烯(PVC),研究了对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,PEO能够提高MMT对PVC的相容性,PVC/PMMT复合材料具有较好的力学性能。因此,PEO和MMT的复合不失为制备有机改性纳米蒙脱土的有效方法。
In order to prepare PVC/MMT nano-meter composites and improve the compatibility of PVC with MMT, PEO was compounded with Na-montmorillonite in water by means of sol-gel. the prepared gel was baked and milled to fill into PVC to study its effects on the mechanical properties of the composite.The results showed PEO improved the compatibility of PVC with MMT. The mechanical properties of PVC/P-MMT were improved evidently, which showed the compounding of PEO with MMT was an effective method for the modification of MMT for the preparation of a nano-meter composite.
