摘要
在分析目前国产表面不处理胶辊特性的基础上,提出了应用"霍尔姆兹"理论克服"霍尔姆兹"效应;并从五个方面,即耐磨性、高弹 低变形性、不处理不缠花、物理机械性能、性价比入手,研制了TRV 20系列不处理胶管。应用实践表明,"霍尔姆兹"理论的应用使表面不处理胶辊在技术上取得了重大进展,已能满足大部分用户使用要求,可与阿姆斯壮公司胶辊相媲美。
Analysis is done to the property of the domestic-made non-treatment cots.Ideas is put forth against Helmoholts effect with Helmoholts theory.Based on the analysis of five factors,say,abrasion-resistance,hi-elasticity with low deformation,non-treatment without entangling,mechanical property,property to performance,the non-treatment tube series TRV-20 are produced.Production shows that the application of Helmoholts theoory has made impressive progress for development of non-treatment cots. Desires and the demand of the most users are met.The cot product can set off that of Armstrong.
