摘要
在微波作用下 ,分别以浓H2 SO4、对甲苯磺酸、CuCl2 ·2H2 O为催化剂 ,以乙酸酐和异丁醇为原料合成乙酸异丁酯。最佳反应条件为 :乙酸酐和异丁醇的摩尔比为 1.2 :1,反应时间为 4min ,催化剂种类为对甲苯磺酸 ,微波功率为 2 10W ,转化率为 91.4 %。
Under the condition of microwave, and strong H 2SO 4, p -toluenesulfonic acid, CuCl 2·2H 2O being used as catalyst respectively, isobutyl can be synthetized, using acetic anhydride & isobutyl alcohol as reactants. The best reaction conditions are as follows: the mole ratio of acetic anhydride & isobutyl alcohol is 1.2:1; radiating time is 4 minutes; catalysis used is p -toluenesulfonic acid; the power of the microwave is 210W and the ratio of transforming is 91.4%
