摘要
利用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵 (CTMAB)相转移催化剂催化合成乙酸异丁酯 ,合成原料为异丁醇和冰乙酸 ,醇酸摩尔比 1∶5 ,催化剂用量 2g,反应时间1 0 0min ,乙酸异丁酯收率 79 5 1 %。
Use of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTMAB) as phase transfer catalyst on the esterification of isobutyl acetate was studied. The optimized conditions were as follows: the weight of catalyst was 1 g/mol isobutyl alcohol, the mole ratio of alcohol to acid was 1∶1.5 and the reaction time was 100 min.The chemical yield was 79.51%. Experimental results showed that phase transfer catalyst (CTMAB) was highly active catalyst for this reaction. It is an inexpensive and very practical method to use CTMAB for synthesizing isobutyl acetate.
