摘要
中国企业目前的商业伦理现状不容乐观,常常可见制假售假、忽视作业安全、不重视知识产权、对环境的破坏等。产生商业伦理缺失的原因在于:以投机取巧的方法经营企业、以财富最大化为目标、存在行业潜规则、教育的滞后等。中国企业需要重视商业伦理,并通过有效途径改善现状,包括完备法制建设,加强执法力度;建立有效的社会信用体系;加强对员工商业伦理的培训,培养良好的伦理氛围;加强伦理教育在教育事业中的地位。
The status quo of the business ethics in Chinese enterprises is not optimistic. It can be seen in many aspects, such as in selling and making fake products, neglecting work security, overlooking the property right of knowledge and destructing the environment. The lack of the business ethics lies in the opportunistic way of running an enterprise, the target of making maximum profit, the hidden practices in the business and the lag behind of the education. The business ethics should be valued through effective ways like law construction, law enforcement, social credit system building, ethic education and so on.
