摘要
为了研究开发气液二相流喷雾技术、常温烟雾施药技术及其机具,进而解决设施农业病虫害防治的新问题,研制了二相流喷雾试验台。对气液二相流喷雾过程中的主要技术参数设置了仪表指示读数、人工记录、人工数据处理和计算机控制的自动同步测量、记录、数据处理、绘制曲线图表的两套测试系统。试验台功能较全、精度较高,利用试验台能进行气液二相流喷雾技术研究和常温烟雾型机具性能试验、产品质量检测。
In order to study and develop the spraying technology in gas and liquid two phase flow, the technology and its apparatus for the fog applying the pesticide with the normal temperature, and to solve the new problem of pesticide application for the protection of diseases and insects in the installation agriculture further, a Two-phase Flow Spraying Test-bed has been developed. In which the test-bed has set up two sets of measurement system with the indication reading on the meters, manual recording, data manual processing, and a computer controls the automatic and synchronous measuring, recording, data processing and drawing the curve diagrams or tables for the spraying procedure of gas and liquid two phase flow. The test-bed has better functions, and high precision. The test-bed can be used to study the spraying technology of two phase flow; to test the technical properties of the fog apparatuses under the normal temperature condition; and to check or test the product quality.
