摘要
通过一系列正交试验,揭示了9WZCD25型风送式超低量喷雾机的雾滴直径和雾滴密度在喷幅方向上的变化规律及其影响因素。为了改善喷雾性能,根据流体力学原理和二相流理论,在风筒中设计了具有对称翼形的导流器。试验证明,在风筒中安装导流器,不仅使喷幅提高了22%~46%,而且改善了雾滴均匀性和雾滴密度的分布。
The experiments were carried out to determine the impact factors and spray distribution pattern of droplet diameter and density of a 9WZCD - 25 air-blast sprayer. In order to improve the capability of the sprayer, an oriented object with a symmetrical wing shape was designed according to the hydrodynamics and two phase flow theory. Results showed that the spray span increased from 22% to 46% and the uniformity and density of the droplets obviously improved after installation of the oriented object.
