摘要
目的 :探讨温胆汤对精神分裂症模型大鼠纹状体多巴胺 (DA)代谢的影响。方法 :测定纹状体中单胺氧化酶(MAO)活性 ,并应用高效液相 -电化学法 (HPLC -EC)测定了实验大鼠纹状体DA及其代谢产物 3,4 -二羟基苯乙酸(DOPAC)、高香草酸 (HVA)的含量。结果 :温胆汤组可升高MAO活性及DA、DOPAC、HVA的含量 ,使DA/HVA下降 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;其祛痰健脾组药可降低DA/HVA比例 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论
Objective: To discuss on the effect of Wendan Decoction on the DA metabolism in rats' striatum. Methods: Detect the activity of MAO in striatum and the contents of DA, DOPAC and HVA. Results: Wendan Decoction group could improve the activity of MAO and the contents of DA, DOPAC, HVA, and descent the ratio of DA/HV ( P <0.01). The group treated by the medicine with the effect of eliminating phlegm and reinforcing the spleen could descent the ratio of DA/HVA( P <0.05). Conclusion: Wendan Decoction and aminazine both could improve the DA metabolism.
