摘要 为了解致密多晶羟基磷灰石植入后的组织反应,以及在骨缺损修复中的作用和材料/骨界面关系,将该人工骨材科植入兔颅顶骨缺损中,采用常规组织学方法,扫描电镜及X射线能谱分析法、X线检查作观察手段,对实验结果及意义、实验部位选择、实验骨缺损区大小等进行了探讨。 Dense polycrystalline hydroxylapatite is a new type of artificial bone.In order to understand the tissue responses to the materials after they were implanted in the cranial vault defects of rabbits, histological examination,scanning clectron microscopy and FDAX, and X-ray examination were used.The results of the experiment indicated that dense polycrystalline hydroxylapatite particles were devoid of local or systemic toxicity, did not elicit inflammatory or foreign body responses, could become functionally integrated with bone without fibrous tissue encapsulation, betaeen them appeared to promote bony regeneration, causing new bone to grow into the cranial vault defect that would otherwise not occupy.
