摘要
教师结构合理与否 ,会影响到整个高校的办学质量。本文从美国不同类型高校教师的终身制和聘任制、生师比、教育成本、教师来源、薪金结构、学缘结构几个方面 ,探析了美国高校教师结构优化的趋势 。
Whether the makeup of the faculty in a university is right or not will render impact on the quality of running a university. This thesis mainly analyzes the tendency to optimize the makeup of the faculty in American universities and finally summarizes its revelation.
