摘要
目的 探讨格林 巴利综合征 (GBS)植物神经功能障碍 (AD)的临床特征及发病机制。方法 观察GBS病人AD症状、AD与病情轻重、转归的关系 ,并与对照组比较。结果 AD症状主要为交感或副交感功能过度或低下的表现。AD组重型病人明显多于对照组 ,轻型则相反 ,治愈好转者明显少于对照组 ,死亡者明显多于对照组。结论 GBS时AD为交感或副交感神经系统多部位不同程度损伤共同作用的结果。GBS病情越重 ,合并AD者越多 ,疗效越差 ,死亡率越高。
Objective To explore the clinical features and the mechanism of autonomic dysfunction(AD) in guillain-barre' syndrome(GBS).Methods The clinical symptoms of AD of the patients with GBS,the relationships between AD and clinical conditions and prognosis were observed and compared with control group.Results The symptoms of AD in GBS wered mainly hyperfunction and lower function of sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves.In the AD group,the servere cases and the cases of death occured more frequently that in the controls,while mild and curable cases appeared less frequenty in the AD group than in the controls.Conclusion AD in GBS results from the damages of multiple sites and different degrees of symplathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.The more serious the conditions of the patient with GBS are,the higher the motality rate maybe.
