交感皮肤反应检查对吉兰-巴雷综合征自主神经损害的诊断价值 被引量：2

摘要 吉兰-巴雷综合征（GBS）又称急性炎性脱髓鞘性多发性神经病,其病因及发病机制尚不清楚,可能是与感染有关的自身免疫性疾病。临床上除主要表现运动及感觉障碍外,自主神经损害也很常见。
